Who is behind LACE.?
Lace Clothing – LACE. or laceclo for short – is a Swiss streetwear brand, founded in 2025. We make hoodies, T-shirts, sweat shorts, socks and slides with a clean look and bold prints.
Where do you ship?
We ship from Switzerland to all of Switzerland and to every country in Europe.
How much is shipping?
Within Switzerland standard shipping is CHF 9.00 and free for orders of CHF 80.00 or more. Small orders such as single pairs of socks ship as a letter for CHF 2.50. Tracked shipping to Europe is CHF 15.00. All details are in our shipping policy.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Europe usually takes 3 to 5 working days plus processing time. Within Switzerland it is usually faster. Delivery times are not binding.
Will I have to pay customs or taxes outside Switzerland?
Possibly. Shipments outside Switzerland are sent duty and tax unpaid. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees of the destination country are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unworn, unwashed items with all tags within 14 days of receipt. Please register the return first by e-mail to info@laceclo.ch with your order number. Return shipping costs are paid by you. Socks with opened packaging are excluded for hygiene reasons. See Returns & Withdrawal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.
How do the pieces fit?
Our hoodies and print shirts such as the Dreams Tee have an oversized cut; the Basic Shirt is a regular fit. The fit is stated in every product description.
What are the products made of and how do I care for them?
T-shirts and sweat shorts are 100% cotton; the exact material is listed on every product page. They last longest if you wash them inside out at 30 °C, do not bleach and do not tumble dry.
